What I understand is that Thanos does not have control on who dies when he snap his fingers. It's aleatory. I remember him explaining that to Stark and co.

Only scenario where they would win is if Thanos had the time stone, making Strange unable to turn back time to undo everything that happened.

Also explains why he gave up the stone to spare Tony's life even though he said he would choose saving the stone over Tony and Peter's lives on the ship.

I like this explanation. The reason Strange didn't use the Time Stone was because the only future (out of the 14,000,605) where Thanos is defeated is the one where he gets all six stones

Loved the hand to hand combat between Hulk and Thanos but I was disappointed we didn't get more of Hulk when Bruce came back to Earth. Also sucks we didn't get much of Cap. Really wanted to see more of him fighting Thanos in Wakanda.

I’m not trolling videos and pictures that have been leaked on the internet have showed them during the battle with Loki. I remember I think it was Thor or Captain who said we missed something in New York when Thor left Hawkeyes house to find out what the Infinity Stones are for.

By then he had 5 stones and was unstoppable. Honestly I’m thinking Cap can match Thanos strength since he wa sthe only one to be able to hold on to Thanos hand all by himself and bare handed. Thanos even had a WTF look on his face when that happen. Not surprised Thanos knows who they all are he would have been stupid to not keep tabs on them cause no matter what his journey was going to take him to earth.

No Hulk was super lame. It really pissed off both of my parents and a friend, they all love the Hulk.

The stakes and tension wouldn't of been as high if Bruce could change into Hulk,
that's why he couldn't....

The handle isn't Groot anymore, just a handle. Also, wasn't Mjolnir enchanted? If something in the forging process imbued it with mystical powers, no reason to think Stormbreaker won't be enchanted as well.

And Thor was an absolute badass in that scene & many others. Hemsworth nailed it...
