Thanos is an immortal, chances are he'd sense somebody trying to jump inside him. Ant-Man isn't strong enough to kill an immortal from the inside just by growing.

In the comics? I have no idea but I would assume someone strong enough to drop the Hulk like a bad habit with no effort would survive a human trying to grow inside his head.

But I usually suck at guessing these types of things so I'm probably totally wrong...

Too bad Squirrel Girl doesn't exist in the MCU

[Show spoiler]Have Etri make a tiny Mjolnir and have Ant-Man jump down his ear and hit it with an "growth disc!" I just love the idea of a full size Mjolnir exploding out of his head.

This film is so good, I might just have to go see it a second time (which is a rarity for me)

I saw it a second time last night. It's more than worth it. Especially since you're still getting crowds of people who haven't seen it yet, so the experience is really something else. I'd recommend going again when you get a chance.

I saw Avengers 1 four times back in 2012. I might try and replicate that again with IW!

Being immortal doesn't mean you can't be killed by something. Unless Thanos can regenerate damaged body parts or organs, then some C-4 blowing up inside his head could take him out of commission for a long time. That is if his girlfriend Lady Death doesn't interfere and keep bringing him back.

it's the best comic book movie I've ever seen to date. it had everything in just the right amounts and did everything perfectly.

I've never sat in a comic book movie and actually heard people crying and I mean crying out loud too!

my own eyes watered up and I fought back those tears because yeah, they wanted to flow.

I felt like I was an actual participant in what was happening on screen and I felt like I'd gotten the ass whooping of my life right alongside the super hero's. and it was an epic ass whooping too!

can't wait to see it again, but, as I said days ago, my Daughter and I went in full cosplay, to see this, we walked the mall before and after and we easily had been stopped close to 75 times for pictures. we met lots of kids who loved our outfits, some where scared but all looked. lots of grown-ups wanted pictures too. at one point, they thought we worked for the Disney store at the mall and were promoting the movie in the mall!

the absolute most amazing thing happened to us, two kids came up to us, a brother and sister, and they gave each of us a huge hug. we were both taken aback and again, the eye water welled up. their father told us the kids saw us and wanted to come over to give us a hug because they had never seen black people as super hero's in "real life" until they saw us in cosplay. yeah, my Daughter and I were both honored and moved!

these kids in this picture didn't speak much, but, they wanted pictures and they made the picture taking sign and said please, so we understood what they wanted!

and we gave it to them!

then, there was this little guy, who was the closest thing to cosplay as we were in the entire mall. he was great, first, he was shy and afraid to get into a picture with us, but, he kept hanging around and finally after he saw us playing around finally got into the picture. now he's gonna have a great story to tell his friends and family on social media and at school tomorrow!

yep, lots of fun!

Easy 5/5. This movie was an incredible experience. It amazes me how they were able to pull this off to such an amazing degree.

I was undecided whether to see this, as I'm not really the comic book movie guy, but I'm glad I did. It was much more enjoyable than I expected, even with the running time. It helps that there was plenty of Robert Downey Jnr and the Guardians characters (the latter more than I expected, actually), as they're by far the best characters/actors in the franchise. One of the best MCU movies, and that's coming from a jaded old git like me.

I'm amazed at the counter measures being taken in an hopeless attempt to steal thunder from a monumental experience, which Avengers: Infinity War is;

Whether it's due to the astoundingly positive reactions, financial success, or the fact that MARVEL has patented their brand, there are individuals out here making stupid remarks about previous MCU films even they didn't regard highly, being better, or well received, (according to them of course), just to not admit this adventure is so well done. How ridiculous.
I'll say this:

"INFINITY WAR IS MARVEL'S BEST TO DATE, NOT BECAUSE OF ANY SINGLE REASON, BUT BECAUSE OF EVERYTHING THAT CAME BEFORE, THEY WERE ABLE TO BUILD A CINEMATIC UNIVERSE THAT MADE YOU INVEST EMOTIONALLY, AND IT PAID OFF."

Because they really seemingly know what their audiences want, I expect the untitled Avengers 4 to be even better.

Ok, rant over.

Is it even possible to like a film even more the second time round?

Yes, yes it is.

Unquestionably Marvel’s finest 2 hours and 29 minutes.

Can someone help me with the runtime on this.

Ive seen it twice. Gonna watch again but pressed for time. My theater does 15 minutes of trailers so movie will start at about 245. How long is it until credits. I may not sit around for post credits scene. Just trying to get an idea of when it should end.

2 hours and 17 minutes is the films runtime before credits.

With credits it is 2 hours and 29 minutes.
