I'm 38, makes me glad I became a health nut 2 years ago, should help slow down the aging process a bit.

i've never had anyone (outside my family and very close friends) guess my age. they're all about 10 years off...to the younger. i actually had to show someone at work my license to prove my age because they simply didn't believe me. and when they asked what my secret was, i told them "dr pepper. lots and lots of dr pepper". 'cause for a while that's all i drank.

in all honesty, though, my sister looks younger than me even though she's almost 2 years older. and my mom doesn't look her age, either. nobody believes her when she tells them her age. so i guess it's good genes. i know it's not lifestyle choices. i'm not one to do a lot of exercise or to eat healthy foods. i occasionally go walking; but really the only exercise i get is doing yard work. which i know isn't much, but it's what i do, lol. and i eat a lot of pasta, red meat, and breads. so i eat a ton of carbs and fatty protein.

I got asked at a meeting if I just got out of school......I've been a licensed professional for over 11 years. LOL

I alternate a face cleanser/exfoliant in the shower.

And then a serum, and facial lotion after the shower.

My face is smooth, like uncomfortably for a man smooth. LOL

Like you Donster, I've aged fairly well. I've told people I'm 37, 35 whatever and they totally believed it. I've also told people my real age and they didn't believe me.

Also, don't know what most of you do for a living or even in the summer.

Stay out of the sun, put on sun screen.

I know 2 sisters, one older who looks like the younger sister because the other one loved to sun bathe.

i'm fair-skinned, so i don't spend too much time out in the direct sun. i always have some sort of hat on my head. but if i know i'll be out in direct sun for a while, i'll put on some sunscreen. i've been burned pretty badly before and that shit just isn't any fun.

I was texting my wife this morning and she told me that her ex saw a posting for a position at the outfit that I work for in the same department.
There was a recent firing on the opposite rotation, but I'm hoping that a fella that works on my shift gets transffered and my wife's ex can get on my shift.
The fella that wants off of my shift hasn't worked out very well for us. He's brutal with the machines, arrogant & clueless and on a personal level, is a complete idiot. I am not shy about telling him these things and he hates me. I am probably the biggest reason that he's trying to transfer.
I just worked a week of OT on the opposite rotation and was told that he trashed us pretty good, but most of all, he trashed our Boss, which is completely ludicrous. Our Boss is very sharp, on the ball and pretty funny. He's among the very best Supervisors that I've ever worked with. Trashing someone like that questions a person's credibility and that is exactly what happened.
I've worked with my wife's ex a couple of times before and like his work. He's very good at what he does and is also pretty funny.
I got their son on with the outfit a few months ago and it would be fn awesome if his dad got on with us too. He's good at his job and we need someone like that. He would be a huge plus to our crew, especially after this fiasco who wants off of our crew.
I've gotta try to make something happen. It took a long time to my step-son on and they may be tired of the conversations, calls and emails from me. I'm pretty busy these days but will have to figure out how I can help improve our crew by getting the ex on.

I subscribe to the "US Holiday" calendar on my calendar app, and this year new holidays are popping up. Like for example, it now tells me tomorrow is the first day of Ramadan whereas last year it didn’t mention that one at all.

Anyway, I was looking at June and I found something called "Juneteenth" and I have never heard of that before. What is it?

Well I'm either fortunate or unfortunate that might wife looks a lot younger than she is. The only person that makes me feel old is our son. He calls me an old man, which is why I started putting color in my beard. Just enough to have a little grey in it. I've shaved it off until after the move though. I might start growing it back just before. That way I don't get the "Hey, you dyed your beard." with new friends.

I just noticed that the other day too!

A festival held annually on the nineteenth of June by African Americans (especially in the southern states), to commemorate emancipation from slavery in Texas on that day in 1865.
