You can stream the games, but you can't stream Netflix or Amazon Prime content, or something like MLB games. You should be able to stream to Twitch without PS+, but if you're going to make money, it's going to take passion, a full time effort and a bunch of friends to help you get started. Personally, I would recommend doing some networking before you start might help you get affiliated faster, but once you get there, you will still be growing your own audience from square one. Also, if you want to grow as a small streamer, depending on your personality, Battle Royale and Action RPG's seem to be where the growth potential is, but you will need PS+ to play with your viewers. Consider a camera, if you don't have one, and streaming through a PC, if you want to have a more professional appearance. It's a tough gig. You know how you earn revenue with Twitch, correct?
