I thought this was going to be about Tony Stark keeping paper back ups in Age of Ultron.

It would be like finding out Tony's means of talking to Vision was two cups connected by a string.
The Mark XLVI in Civil War had a collapsible helmet.

The armor in Infinity War is the Mark L.

Also did you miss in Civil War when Cap sent him the phone through fedex?

The flip phone thing was just a joke of how Cap was still behind the world. It's like he's finally catching up but still miles behind. Flip phone I imagine was specifically just for Cap. Like the Mayor's phone to call the Powerpuff Girls.

I totally hate the new costume of Black Panther and the violet "kinetic" lines "exploding" from it. I don't like the concept. It makes Black Panther too powerful.

That suit was pure sex, man! I thought it was pretty rad how it showed the pulse of the repairs and lighting where it got hit. That's one of the few things I loved about Black Panther.

Oddly enough I didn't mind the suit absorbing the impacts and Black Panther using the attacks to be as powerful as he was. But to have a suit appear from a necklace and the nanotech suit of Starks and the Iron Spider masks/helmets just appearing/disappearing doesn't do it for me. In the Ant-Man and The Wasp trailer Lang has a new collapsable helmet. Who's going to be next? I'm sure Cap will have one soon.

Tony's been transitioning to a more mobile suit since IM2. Seems perfectly in line with the evolution of his tech and, frankly, was expected in IM3. Since he built Spidey's suit, it makes sense he'd use the same tech (poor Rhodey with his government-issue suit).

The real issue is that Spidey needs to keep his mask on. Way too cavalier with that in A:IW.

As for BP? The problem isn't the vibranium nanotech, it's that he's completely invulnerable in his suit until villains start figuring out the vibration weakness.

Maguire Spidey had his mask off so much I thought he forgot to wear one.

The Amazing Spider-Man 1 & 2 had Garfields Spidey maskless so much the movies should have been called The Amazing Peter Parker.

It does make everything seem tto convenient and quick. I liked Iron Man more in his first solo film when the suit actually had some heft and weight to it.

They could use a few fresh ideas, although any idea is good as long as the film is entertaining and/or the execution is sound.

Yeah, one of the things I didn't like about BP was the conceit of "Really strong metal = magic." A full body suit stored in a necklace, force fields, space ships with cloaking devices; Wakanda looks more advanced than Asgard. Because metal.

But their soldiers still fight with spears instead of laser guns.

Yeah I agree with the OP, the tech is way outside the real territory but so was Xmen. I expect some cool sci-fi in these films but the helmet thing has bothered me a lot.

Yeah that is silly and way over the top. The shields wouldn't even break with all that concentrated force on it too! I think some spears shot lasers if I remember correctly.

People have no problem accepting a talking raccoon and tree but have issues with Stark's nanotechnology?

Different context. Different characters. I also had issues with Black Panther's high-tech (magic) suit in his movie.
