Anyhow, despite some hassle, they did refund my account for $18.xx including the applicable tax refund after my follow-up...

I spoke to a different person 10 minutes later and they couldn't give me a refund per say, so they offered to send me a return label and then re-order the set. I told him that it was great but a bit ridiculous to go through that. He then came back and gave a promo credit for $15 on my account. Then this morning I receive an e-mail that I was getting a $15 + tax refund because of price guarantee

its says right on the policy. Pre-order Price Guarantee! Order now and if the Amazon.ca price decreases between your order time and the end of the day of the release date. nothing about time of shiping it says till end of the day on the release date.

Am I the only one who didn't get MOVIE CASH for the new Jurassic Park movie with my Jurassic Park Collection Set digibook from Amazon? Or like always we don't receive that in Canada, it's only in the US.

Those are great prices considering the b&n semi annual sale is $20 USD on most titles. So $25 CAD is pretty great

I didn't get one either so I contacted Amazon and was told my order of the box set did qualify, and that they would send it to the promotions department which would send me an email with the promo within 24-48. A week later, I still didn't receive it so I contacted Amazon again and the CSR apologized and simply credited my account for $15....

The Wire is a great show at that price (think I bought it for the same at that time). At $9.99 I'd also recommend The Night Of. Watched it on HBO but doubt I'll buy it because I don't think it has a ton of repeat viewing potential.
