While watching the film make the OSD appear it will show you the current video/audio formats and bitrates on the upper right.

Using your PS3's remote to change the audio, or pressing the green triangle in the controller and selecting the audio options icon, you can change the audio, and see what it changes to, in the OSD

Instead of asking stupid questions that have been discussed to death a thousand times, try using the search button. It makes life much easier for everyone.

MAybe we're to blame too for actually responding on these similar threads. Just ignore them, or tell the noobs to use the search function.

zombie, i did use the search function, i looked through all 300 threads for the answer on how to select thru audio tracks since you cant in the general menu. 99% of blu-rays allow u to select the audio track at the main menu, 300 doesn't. if you consider this a "noob" issue, maybe you're in the wrong place...maybe launch "blu ray pro DOT com"???

Deciazulado, thank you for that info. i did search all 300 threads here and avsforum, but realize this is a general audio track issue. Actually, my screen doesnt show the audio bitrates/etc on top right when i have OSD, but I can change language using "audio options" , and you can also change language /subtitles using pop-up menu, but u alread knew that thanks again

The PS3 has an On Screen Display of it's own. (It overlays "letterbox" Scope-like black bars on top of fullscreen movies and it has the bitrates and other stuff on the black bars) The button that brings it on, is on the controller on the leftish side of it in the middle section: a small triangle pointing right, which is inmediatly to the right of the left/up/right/down arrows on the left of the controller. (Sorry can't remember what the manual calls it, I just grope at it in the dark when checking bitrate stuff for reviews )
