The bad news is that this was canceled. The good news, stateside, is that VUDU has it for $9.99 in HDX. I'm not sure about sound, but the worst case is that it's in stereo.

I will take that bet.

I know I'm late on this, but I just got and watched the Spanish release last night. The PQ is pretty good IMHO... at least better than I was expecting. It's worth getting to tide you over to a proper US/UK release, and is indeed a pressed disc, not a BD-R. It is in 1.78:1 so it was either cropped a little bit on the sides, or was opened up a little from the original 1.85:1.

Good to hear! Thanks for the info. I might get it, I though for sure it'd at least be announced as being released by now. Hoping Warner Archive is at the helm!

Since it's a bootleg, doubt it was "opened up" as they wouldn't have access to a non-widescreen master to do that.

True, but it's very good for a bootleg. I also got Pink Floyd The Wall, and that one is good too.
