Basically, he and a few other former WWE wrestlers (Kanyon & Mike Sanders, I believe, but there might be others) are suing because their belief was that during their employment with the WWE, they were treated as independent contractors, but the scope of their employment basically equated to being employees. They're attempting to collect based on benefits and perks which were available to employees and not to independent contractors.
