I will not get into many details about individual suspensions or bans but I will provide some clarification. A “ban” can be temporary or permanent. Members who are “banned” temporarily have more restrictions on their accounts than members who are suspended. For one, members on “temp ban” status cannot report posts.

DS was a perm banned but it was lifted...he is perm banned again for good. Alex has a long temp ban...he will be back at some point

. I personally do not like suspending or banning anyone unless I REALLY have to. I can tell you that the rest of the active mods feel the same way. We don’t have any “ban hammer” types on the team.

Also, sometimes a short suspension is used as a “cooling off” period...to avoid things from getting out of hand. Getting suspended does not necessary mean that a member is “bad” or that the moderation has issues with that member.

I've managed to rack up a decent amount of suspensions recently. I'm pretty sure Blu (or whoever is doing it) is trolling the shit out of me with the suspension reasons too.

Yeah it seems like you can be banned for disagreeing with the sites reviewers or mods at times. It's strange. I've seen quite a few people being banned for similar reasons to yours, citing that the poster was attacking the reviewer, which in one instance I was present for and never happened. Oh well such is life on forums run by people who are as passionate about things as every one else. Some times things happen.

IMO talking about bans and reasons for bans just creates more drama, better to just move on. Maybe leave feedback in the feedback forum about it but off topic here IMO.
