That doesn't even look like the 'Jungle Hunter' from the film. It looks more like 'Wolf' from AVP.R (2007) only with one long blade instead of two.

Something similar happened with the repackaged A Nightmare on Elm Street boxset of the orignal franchise that was released along side the 2010 remake. The cover art is a picture of Jackie Earle Haley's Freddy instead of Robert Englund's.

Do you know how this works? Is the UHD disc new transfer only with old BD included or BD ungraded to new transfer too?

All we know so far is that the UHD has a new transfer.

There's no confirmation yet on whether the BD does or not.

Not saying that the regular blu ray included won't be a new 4K mastered one, but I just want to point out that the bastards at Fox didn't include a new blu ray for the UHD release of Die Hard and instead re-used the old one. Only the UHD was sourced from a new 4K master.

No one knows what the included BD will be he is just saying the UHD will be from a new 4K transfer.

Personally I wouldn’t at all be surprised if the included BD is the Ultimate Hunter Edition as that already includes all the previously available extras.
