My wife downloaded the the free dog whistle program last week for our excessively loud dog. Complete Failure at every level.

I read somewhere that the app store now has games available that rival those of the PSP. Can someone name a few?

Hero of Sparta is the one that I heard rivals it the most, albeit I haven't downloaded it yet.

Brothers in Arms is also supposed to be top of the line, and it's on sale right for 5.99 from the typical 8.99.

I've downloaded Real Soccer 09 and I really like it, plays pretty much like the FIFA games do, I can't seem to put it down.

Been hooked on the Stanza app, I wasn't aware that I could download free books.

If you put the following link into safari, you can download great, free titles direct to the device

Has a bunch of books, plus you can convert pdf files and such over to the stanza format. I just started reading Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas again, very cool.

Getting an iPhone for the 'ol B-day. Is the 8GB enough or do I really need to get the 16GB? How much memory do the apps take? (not games).

Most applications are under a megabyte.

If you don't have room for all of your media.... just install Orb on your PC and iPhone..... and stream it from home.

Is there a pay version? The Orb I've always used is free.... I actually just found the iPhone app last week and was pleasantly surprised because I'd been using it on the PC for a couple of years now. What does the pay verson do that the free one does not?

The free does 3 files at a time, the pay does your whole library.

I've been playing Fieldrunners quit a lot and it's a rather addicting game. The free app called Movies is pretty good or searching out movies. Overall, there are a ton of free and cheap apps.

I downloaded the free SONOS app and purchased a SONOS bridge and ZP90. I am streaming iTunes, FLAC files, and Sirius to my home theater now. This is a slick solution and the most affordable way do get started with SONOS.

That blows... I haven't played with it extensively yet, on the iphone, as you can tell. But with Orb installed on your PC..... you can also play all of your media from any PC with an internet connection for free. I've been using it for a long time to play my music at work.

Just got the 8GB iPhone yesterday. WOW. love it. The only thing is that the battery charge sucks. I can't even get a full days charge. Any tips, other than the ones posted on the Apple website?
