Hi Goofnut,

Probably not that important now that the 4K versions are out but.......
I have the following HK release trilogy set of MI 1-3 which doesn't seem to be on your list.......You only list HK version for MI 3.

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Missi...Blu-ray/36415/

Please note DTS HDMA and MPEG4 for all 3 titles.

Also........you show No Escape (Escape from Absolom) DE release having 5.1 DTS HDMA as stated in Caps-a-holic but it appears to only be lossy DD 5.1 based on these.........

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Fluch...lu-ray/207849/
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Fluch...lu-ray/207739/

and only 2.0 for the AU release (not shown on your list BTW) based on this.......

https://www.umbrellaent.com.au/comin...ape&results=86

You would expect the Caps-a-holic report to be accurate so I am surprised that the audio appears to be shown so inaccurately.

Pics of the back cover sure would have helped here I reckon!!!!

The entry is wrong for audio. The scan indicates DTS-HD MA: http://caps-a-holic.com/c.php?d1=120...0&a=1&go=0&l=1

Cant help but don't get excited about this disc - I couldn't wait to get rid of it and the 4K UHD is a big upgrade.

JimDiGriz: you got 4K EU or US Arrival? Heard Paramounts "might" be a notch better. Nice movie, but really don't dig the muted color palette and not sure how it will hold up for more viewings but liked it the first time

Apparently there are 3 different mediabooks available from Nameless. Text is in German so I doubt I'll bite on any of these, I'll probably just go with the Umbrella once it dips in price a bit.

The US Arrival. Very nice slip too. I posted thoughts elsewhere but despite it being a dark film deliberately, the 4K UHD just looks so much nicer. I couldn't put my finger on it why - it just does! Perhaps the extra colour is doing it. Anyway - if you're a fan, ditch the blu and get the 4K.

The German Don't Torture a Duckling is severely screwed up, the identical US and UK releases are by far the best editions available worldwide.

How does it compare with the JP release in terms of PQ?

Comes close to matching it, though the JP release is still better. It's the best US release, though.
