Looks like I may a bit screwed getting 3-5. I had them coming with another item but my girlfriend canceled her item in transit which had my copies in the package so they’re all going back for a refund. Arrrgh!!!

Welcome to UHD. Stocking issues are an obnoxious common problem with catalogue titles.

I only preordered the first film, and it actually shipped yesterday from Amazon. I just hope 2, 4, and 5 are in stock when I get my paycheck.

I had a June 29 confirmation for 1/2/5 with Amazon. I changed the shipping address and the June 29 changed to July 5 for 2, July 9 for 1, and July 25-August 24 for 5. I've had a number of shipping/delivery issues with Amazon lately, some that have cost them a few hundred in replacement orders. They said to just let the items ship for the new dates, and they'll refund the items once each arrives.

I was struggling with the double dip cost, but I'm good now.

I pre-ordered them all from Target during the 20% promotion. Price is a little steep, saving some money helped of course, but I figured get them all now and be done with it. I rather get them all now than go through what appears to be a hassle to get them all later.

Mine are to be delivered Thursday though... come on target!

Yeah if you alter your order on amazon from the credit card / payment used or change delivery address it throws yours order back like it was just entered. It's kind of annoying. You'd think they would have a system set up that won't let orders get pushed back just because you update info, esp if it hasn't been charged yet.

Just got out of Best Buy. They had two copies of MI4 and two copies of MI5. Very expensive. 53 bucks total for just those two films. I'll stick with Blu-ray for parts 1-3. Don't know why they just didn't release a box set with a movie cash for the new movie like they did with the Jurassic Park films. That would make too much sense though. I have a new system. If something is not in stores, I don't buy it.

WOW!!! I admire your gumption. I couldn't do that. There are too many movies that I want on 4K that may never be in stock in the actual store. If I have to have it I will get it. No matter where. Music is a whole other ball of wax. I do my absolute best to buy music in a physical store.

Is the digital copy of Rogue Nation in 4K as well? I use VUDU for the redemptions. Some are and some are not.

Was just in my local Best Buy, and not a single copy of any of them. No special display. No empty space due to a sell-out. No nothing. I wasn't actually looking to pick them up today as I'll wait for a price drop, but a bit weird.

This isn’t a smart ass question but since many 4K titles are hard to find why take a chance and not pre-order? I just don’t get it.

THANK YOU.

I went to Best Buy and got MI:4 and MI:5, but I never think of Bull Moose and it turns out there's one in Salem, NH near my work. They had all 5 so I picked up 1-3 there.
