11 days later and I have received it from Amazon.de. What makes that somewhat noteworthy is that they used Asendia, which is getting a bad rap on imports from the UK site (generally well over 2 weeks.) Maybe they don't deserve all the blame.

Damon,
Post your thoughts on Bunker when you get a chance.
I just finished watching Robinson Crusoe and all I can say is, “THIS IS HOW YOU DO 3D!!!!”
God damn that was impressive. Not a single boring shot in the entire movie. I wish they all did it like this. Popouts, interesting composition, layering, deep depth. This might be in my top 10 for 3d eye candy. Nicely done!

Best Buy currently has thier Buy 2 Get 1 Dreamworks Animation promotion going on so I picked up Turbo 3D and Home 3D for $9.99 each and got Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmaron for free since that was the only title I didn’t already own.

I'll try to remember. I'm getting a backlog, again, of 3d movies to watch and Bunker isn't next in line.

Robinson Crusoe is a cartoon, right? Nothing wrong with that but it seems less impressive to me that a cartoon has great 3d. It should be easy to do that.

Just ordered The Thousand Faces of Dunjia. I always look forward to seeing a Tsui Hark 3-D film.

It may be easier for an animated movie to look better in 3d, but there’s still varying degrees on how good the 3d is on them. That’s why this one left such an impression on me.

Well my first thought is 'no slipcover!'

My second thought is 'hey the cover is reversible, I can hide the ratings tag!' I officially forgive Germany for Hitler.

all 4 of the LICHTMOND releases are fun! I have them all but am somewhat partial to the 3rd one you ordered because it features a song with Midge Ure (of Ultravox & Band Aid "Do they know it's christmas" fame).

Have you seen any of the Lichtmond series before, Joe3D? If not, prepare yourself for a long, strange trip...but it's a good trip. Coupled with the music, this is mood 3D for the mind.

Thanks everybody for the good vibes on Lichtmond. Caught 2D clips with audio on line so had an idea of what they were.

Was just concerned wasn't getting a Russian federation rip off but the seller showed the case and art work plus the UPC code.

Default Amphibious

Just finished Amphibious. Pretty low budget and cheesy starring Michael Pare. I would compare this to something along the lines of Spiders (also 3d) although more violent. I think I may of liked Spiders a bit more. The 3d is pretty good. Early on in the movie, there’s a small segment which looks converted (think Piranha 3d or Clash of the Titans) but it’s only for a few minutes, otherwise pretty solid 3d. I wish the monster was cooler. Ordered from Amazon Germany and watched it on region A gear.

Shark night_was only a quid, its worth that for some scenes

Pan, reference disk!
Cannot believe the 3d got bad reviews, its depth, pop out and brightness are all brilliant

And a 7.1 soundtrack

Did you order from the Kino website? They’re having a sale and I think today is the last day. Goodbye to Language is about 15.68. If there are any other 3d titles from Kino, it’s a good time to pick them up. I also ordered The Maze. I accidentally came across the Flesh and Blood Show because I was ordering Flesh and Blood with Rutger Hauer. There’s only a few minutes of 3d, but I’ve been meaning to get it for years. I kept forgetting the title and the fact that it existed.

One of my very few regrets in purchasing 3D media, you can see my thoughts in the Goodbye to Language thread.

Hi csm

Yup. Great minds think alike!

It was the only 3D title I didn't have but ordered three silent films also wanted so to get the free shipping. Wanted to place the order a few days ago but they were out of stock of "Language" at the time. They have it now.

Hi DB,

Thanks for the thread. Knew what I was getting into beforehand, having read the critics and viewers reviews. Understand it's subliminal. Some called it genuis and others called it garbage.

I really bought it only for the 3D. I figured if my limited intellect could connect to the supposed subconscious message then that would be a bonus!

Know about the dog, the bowel movement, nudity and constant fighting. Also know it won awards at Cannes. Maybe it will win the Joey D. for best pooper scooping in 3D. Will let you all know.
