Could be also The Blob, Vampires, Ghosts of Mars, Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, Urban Legend trilogy, IKWYDLS trilogy

As good as those are we already have most of them on blu so it would be nice to have an unreleased title.

Warner and Sony deals and yet 3 'internal' double-dips in the same month Scream? I hope there's still something 'new' (by which I now mean 'not released by Scream already) to announce for October. At this rate I wouldn't be surprised to see a Witchboard steelbook with a new 4K scan.

I wouldn’t rule out Sony’s The Quick and the Dead with their love for Sam Raimi but that would be Shout Select and not Scream Factory.

The alternate cut with the oral sex scene would be an obvious inclusion but importing the UK disc is cheap and easy enough.

At this rate they’re just going to reissue everything into a a steelbook. Not exactly a complaint just was expecting something else.

and by adding "new 4k remaster" they're banking on all of us to bite....again.

Kind of frustrating to be honest... I newer saw myself upgrading Collector's Editions and for the most part I haven't. I do love steelbooks though and have a hard time passing them up if they have great artwork.

I resisted The Fog, Prince Of Darkness, They Live, Escape From New York...

but I flat out love the new Howling artwork and also the recently announced Halloween II. I'll wait to hear reviews to see if the newer transfers are indeed better I guess....

I'm starting to really get frustrated as well. It's making me feel like the 'Collectors Editions' that I purchased less than 5 years ago are no longer the definitive releases. On a lot of them had I known 4k scans would be coming so soon I probably would have hold off on purchasing them...
