Hoping for good things from the final, if France can put them away early then Croatia will have a tough old task, one far greater than overcoming the "might" of Denmark, Russia or England. But if France stumble then watch out for Luka and co.

IIRC Southgate has said that if they reached the final he could understand it, but he doesn't want one for getting knocked out in the semi.

Yeah it appears it’s not happening after all which I think is the right call.

Would probably be best if Croatia got an early goal.

I fear if the reverse happens we may end up with a very one-sided game.
