importcds-ca just listed a bunch of used Criterion for around $8 I bought a few but there are still some remaining, they also have a couple of 4K for $8 used as well...

I picked up a used copy of Criterion Silence of the Lambs for $11.36 this afternoon. Thanks for the recommendation, I hope "Very Good" is decent quality for importcds-ca. In any case, I don't mind a ~$12 gamble. Also, I hope my order doesn't get cancelled since they've just listed another "Very Good" copy @ $61.35

No problem, I picked up a copy too for the same price, very good should be fine (I hope so anyway). Yeah they have some items for crazy high prices, like Batman Begins for $202.50 haha, not sure why they do that but my $11.36 copy just shipped so it should be fine.

I have bought some used criterions from importcds in the past. The disc should be in great condition and the booklet should be included. However I’d say that there is one chance in three that it won’t come in a scavano case. It’s possible also that the cover won’t fit in the replacement case and thus be damaged. The condition listed really doesn’t matter. An item listed as good may arrive in pristine condition while an item listed as like new may not come in its original case. I think they arbitrary select the condition when they have a new batch to sell.

I have also had MANY too-good-to-be-true Criterion deals fall through with them on eBay. I'm talking at least a dozen. Always "supply issues" or some nonsense as an excuse. That being said, I've had some good deals go through to, so who knows.
