I'd like to see Bell stay healthy and have another productive season just to see what kind of contract he can get as an unrestricted free agent. By all appearances he'd go to whichever team offered the biggest contract and isn't interested in giving any sort of hometown discount and it's rare players like Bell (assuming he stays healthy and has a good season) become unrestricted free agents.

He's doing what Kirk did; bet on himself by making unreasonable contract demands while pocketing guaranteed franchise-tag cash, and see what he can get on the open market. Some team will probably be desperate enough to pay him.

I believe Bell has always contended that he does more/is more than a standard NFL RB and that is why he is asking more than the RB market contract

Randy Gregory has been conditionally reinstated by the NFL and will rejoin the Cowboys for training camp. This is surely his last chance and if he screws up again he'll be done for good.

Taco, Lawrence, ealy and Crawford means Greg would be nice to have but is not essential

Don't think there's been much of a curse in recent years. Brady last year (MVP), Gronk (kinda always hurt anyway), Odell (don't think he was hurt that year, unless the kicking net hurting his feelings counts), and Sherman the year before?
