Actually, my mistake, this one here was released by Disney themselves. How in the world was Kino Lorber able to get titles from this OOP set??? |

http://dvdlist.kazart.com/DVDList2.php I was though able to confirm Dio as being discontinued from this official list. So likely they both are at this point. https://www.scribd.com/document/3664...etter-and-List |

Per MifuneFan, The Confession (Criterion Collection) is OOP.

![]() ![]() Came across this gem at ReCharge in Dallas this afternoon. It says used, but it was clearly in the original shrink wrap! |

I have some input on two Scream Factory releases that went OOP: Terror Train (only Fox title to go OOP) and Phantasm II.
Terror Train (A Canadian Astral/Bellvue production Fox picked up along with the Porky's movies and a few others) went OOP because Fox's US distribution rights expired and with that being said, Shout's licence went down with it back in Nov. The North American distribution rights reverted to Astral Films successor TVA Films, but since they licence titles out I imagine ether SF will attempt to pick it up for a 4k reissue, or Scorpion will get it since they released Death Ship and Rituals under licence from TVA. Also keep in mind that the Porky's films were with Fox and they released the 1st one on BD a while back. They also licensed out the sequels as well as 1985's The Park is Mine to KL. With that info to go by, these may suddenly go OOP in the future if Fox's rights are set to expire and revert to TVA, so get what you can before the scalpers hit. As for Phantasm II, that one went OOP because Universal's rights are expiring (meaning SF's went along with it) and some of them are reverting to Don Coscarelli. I imagine he'll fully licence it this time to Well Go when they press a new disc or a 4K UHD in the next Phantasm set. |

It's possible they're also preparing a UHD (with a new 4k master to possibly tease first on ITunes) while dropping the current edition to only have one UHD combo with a BD and a digital copy. |

I only just realized this morning that this and Muppets From Space are from Sony instead of Disney. How on Earth that works, particularly for the more recent From Space, I've no idea. Maybe I'm just still adjusting to that fact, but even alongside The Dark Crystal and Labyrinth, a UHD release of these movies would feel so unlikely to me. Obviously not unwelcome, though. |

It's also possible that Sony's distribution rights to those could be expiring soon and revert to Disney (who owns most of the Jim Henson catalog including the Muppets franchise). But then if it were the case, wouldn't Sony's recent releases of Dark Crystal and Labyrinth go OOP very soon as well??
