Kind of strange this became one of their VOD releases, as the first trailer had played in theaters like it was getting a wide release.

Contemplating if I should rent this on Vudu or see it on the big screen. Looks amazing but will have drive to Hollywood to see it..... 🤔

Joe Cole gives a star-making performance as British boxer Billy Moore. His performance is reminiscent of Jack O'Connell's performance in Starred Up, but perhaps more brutal and intense.

My favorite part of the story was

. But apparently that part of the story was made up for the film.

Still, a great film nonetheless. 4/5

I’ve just finished watching it and it’s terrifically well made of not personally my sort of thing. Really raw and relentless, a completely immersive hellscape.
