If it's any sort of indication, the only three places I know that are accepting pre-orders right now are amz.com, warner brother's official site, and amazon france (with a much lower price-point and bare-bones release).

Not even BB.com or Walmart.com seem to have it listed. None of the 3rd party guys either, deepdiscount or wowhd.

I think it's going to be a slower roll-out of pre-orders.

In any case, I was going to say the same thing - hoping it's available soon in Canada - but I think patience is key with WB's animated Batman series. Who's to say the main pre-orders might co-incide with the announcement of the regular edition, which I'd wager will probably be just the 109 episodes minus the two films.

My only hope is we'll get a decent price, so I can switch over my amz.com pre-order. 'Coz ~180 CAD for the entire package is a tad steep but it's definitely a must-have for my collection.

Sleeping Dogs is only $13.60 at the moment. Pretty good for an Arrow release that only came out a couple months back.

Yeah, I’m not sure what’s going on with Amazon lately and taking their sweet time getting pre-orders up. I’m waiting for them to put up Creepshow and the Critters collection.

I was thinking the same exact thing, where is Creepshow!!I just tried searching for it now. For Candyman, I went with the Arrow UK version.

I've never seen Crittters (or Pupper Master), always wanted to check it out.

The Shout stuff has taken forever to get on amazon.ca for years. I don't think the SDCC announcements are even up on amazon.com yet, so we'll be waiting a while. I just ordered from shout's site and got the 20% off. I had a bunch of money in my PayPal account and figure I can sell of most of the posters and lithographs.

Semi-related, my copy of In the Mouth of Madness shipped this morning.

Damn! You must be lucky. I've had mine pre-ordered since mid April and it says my estimated shipping date is between July 30th and August 3rd. Amazon has been awful with their pre-orders as of late. Took well over a month for me to receive my copy of The Virgin Suicides that I had pre-ordered too.

Thanks for the heads up. It was $14xx by the time I saw your post, so I ordered it. Already back up to $20+and will likely climb higher as an Arrow release. Based on the cover at least, appears it's the UK release as opposed to the US one, but still region A/B according to Arrow.

Mine on Amazon.ca and estimated to shipped between September 4th and October 17th... This is so f&*king ridiculous. I ordered it at bestbuy.ca today and it already shipped.
