Default Questions about Amazon.ca
Hello all - I have just a couple questions about Amazon.ca imports for those of you with some experience with them:

1) Do I have to create a new account/username/password (I already have an Amazon.com account)?

2) What is the current exchange rate? For example, a $16.99 CDN BD would cost me how much in US Dollars?

3) I've heard of Kill Bill, From Dusk Til Dawn, Freddy vs Jason and Sin City as Amazon.ca import recommendations, so I assume they will all play in my US PS3. Any other import recommendations from Canada?

4) Finally, what will shipping cost per title (is it much higher than the 2.98 I am used to)? Do they include free shipping for orders over a certain amount?
