There was also a 2D Steelbook for Season 1. I could see BB bringing it back (hopefully).

Unfortunately I had my tin stacked horizontally with a couple other pickups before shelvng them. Blu-ray case sized indentation on the backside of my tin.

I hope if there is a tin, that it would sturdier than that of S1. I like the concept but it was too flimsy and dented if you breathed on it.

I like the tin but it's too bulky and wanted a 4K steelbook for S1 so I'm glad it appears S2 is getting a 4K steelbook.

Thanks for letting me know! I didn't know that, because my eyes were rolling on 4K release only, hence tin box comes into my mind

Oh yeah, waiting for a price drop for sure! Since S1 4K got down to $30, I'll be waiting for S2 to get around there before I buy. Of course, only if the artwork is decent.

S1 4k Steelbook was $18.99 2 weeks back.

Same here. Sure, the red tin was oversized and a bit bulky, but I hope the studio/distributor will offer another tin for the 4K release, for the sake of uniformity.

I know bluray.com says the 4K steelbook comes with blu Ray and digital, but does anyone know if that's accurate? The picture shows just 4K+digital. Best buys listing isn't specific and does not say it includes regular blu ray. Contacted them, and no one could give me an answer. I'd like to get the steelbook, but I want the whole set. Plus I'm not sure how they would fit 6 discs inside a steelbook

I'm going to make the guess that if it says 4K+Digital, it only comes with 4K discs and Digital, not with blu-rays.

The regular non-sb release has 4K+BR+DC, so it is possible it could still include both, but I can't imagine them stuffing discs into a regular size steelbook.

I got the tin as well. Really like it. If they release season 2 without a tin, that's really gonna bug me. It's not looking promising. They announced the tin for season one in their initial press release months before the release. Not the case this time
