True, but those of us familiar with his store know to ignore his estimated release dates and just use the estimated U.S. release date, in this case I believe Oct. 16th. Plus, this info gives us a good sign that announcements in other countries for the 3D blu-ray sets should be forthcoming.

It will be much later than the US release date because the movie hasn't even been released in theaters in the UK yet.

I'm going to wait and see if this and Solo are released in North America or available cheaper overseas region free. Otherwise, it's Rahul. Should have done that for Rampage. International edition only being released end of this month. Problem could be that Rahul could run out of copies.before knowing if other region A or all region on non North American releases will be available outside of Asia which is costly too.

Ant Man and the Wasp 3D is currently the strongest 3D conversion of 2018 for me so far next to Infinity War 3D. A must have on blu ray 3D.

Hey Joe,
Who knows if Solo is getting a BD 3D release?
Amazon UK has been my main source for the 3D movies, they average out to around $25-30, with shipping. And,so far, they're all region free. The only drawback, to me, is the digital version won't work in the US. I checked out Rahul and the prices are kinda high. I'm on a fixed income that seems broken.

Thanks smaugone.

Never ordered from Amazon UK. Am keeping my eyes open.

Know about budgets that are never kept myself.

Good one. But I agree, Amazon UK's prices seem very fair.

Considering TLJ 3d didnt get released anywhere in NA I doubt Solo will. Frankly, it's not a loss 3d wise if it doesnt get released anywhere.

As for A&W, 3D I'll just get the normal release from Amazon UK like I did for black panther and infinity war. The steelbook from Zavvi is appealing, but then well you're out of luck if there's a problem with it.

I pre-ordered this on Amazon UK using global priority shipping because the last few 3D releases with the cheap shipping took 3-4 weeks to arrive. I had already ordered Solo and Avengers Infinity War with global priority shipping. For Solo, my shipping cost is £8.24 and for Avengers it's £8.99. I actually didn't even notice they were different before. But for Ant Man, the shipping is £13.99! Double checked they're all set for "AmazonGlobal Priority." Anyone know what's up with the variance? They movies are all the same price, so it's not that.

Same here. The AmazonGlobal Priority price is also £13.99 for Incredibiles 2 3D. But if I place a new order for Infinity War 3D, it's only £8.99. Not sure what's going on.

Still want to see it in the home for m'self to make any judgment calls, an option which has been seemingly taken away internationally by Paramount and their partners for their summer blockbuster (and biggest grossing MI).

This is so ridiculous. I don't know what's happening. I tried contacting them and of course, there's no one who understands what's going on. They clearly don't weigh enough to trigger this kind of cost. The posted rate is

AmazonGlobal Priority (2-4 days)
All Categories - £4.99 per kg + £7.99 per delivery.

3 copies of Antman costs 25 GBP to ship.
3 copies of Infinity War costs 10 GBP.

Something wrong for sure.

Sorry for the shipping discussion! LOL

I saw Ant Man and the Wasp 3D blu ray on amazon UK is offered for £16.99 European currency instead of £19.99.

Shipping options will vary, but for the lowest price, Standard shipping is usually the cheapest.

I would highly recommend not pre-ordering with Global Priority Shipping from Amazon UK especially for those not ordering multiple copies as it will not ship out until a few days after release defeating the purpose of paying for Global Priority. Just tested with RP1 and it still reflects the single copy delay in shipping. Just wait until day of release and order and it will ship out without any delays.

Also, if you do want to pre-order despite the continued delays, try calling Amazon UK and request to order over the phone and they are more likely to understand the shipping cost screw up. Basically go on the chat system and request a call and tell them you are in the US. You will get a call routed through a US number. The call center folks are located in a different country than the online customer service reps and I’ve found they are much more knowledgeable. They are the ones who have reimbursed my global priority shipping costs for each of the past 4 orders and understood the issue with the recent string of pre-order delay problems where as the online people still have no clue.

Hopefully they may be able to place an order for you with the correct cost of global priority shipping and will save you the headache of going in circles with the clueless online chat reps.

They remote VAT (tax) at checkout since the item is being shipped overseas. It has always been this way; nothing new.

This hasn't been my experience at all. My GlobalPriority pre-orders are always shipped out by release day and typically arrive 2-3 days later. There was one instance where they accidentally shipped a GlobalPriority pre-order via i-parcel, but I was able to get the shipping cost refunded. All of my other Amazon UK GlobalPriority pre-orders (probably over a dozen) have had no problems.

If you're going off of the estimated delivery date that Amazon UK gives you, I wouldn't do that. It's almost never correct.
