Mine arrived in a flimsy mailer with a giant dent in it. Amazon.de wants to only pay for less than half of what it would cost me to return it. I opened a customer service request with them.

mine arrived in the same kind of flimsy cardboard outer covering they call an overseas shipping container... but somehow arrived in mint condition!

This is what I'm afraid of. For the first few years I ordered from them, they were tops- better than any of the other amazons I buy from. The last 6 months have been a nightmare with return after return and refund after refund. Not sure whats happened to them. I also haven't received mine and the longer it's in the hands of the USPS, the more likely it will arrive damaged.
