Just got home from work, said f**k it and didn't go to job#2 tonight, just way too tired plus I've got a lot of packing to do and hope to have everything loaded into the Jeep tonight so I can leave straight from work tomorrow. Funeral/burial is Saturday morning and looks like my fiancee is planning on leaving NC right afterward - she doesn't even want to stay for the "reception" after the funeral. She's fed up with her relatives and isn't even interested in using her bereavement leave at work. I've gotta convince her otherwise because I know she's going to regret not taking it.

Watching a video on the proposed I-4 project in Orlando. The kicker is it'll be complete in SIXTY years! Like, what's the point when I'll be over 80 and most likely dead.

and a lot of the guys who will help complete it aren't even born, yet. how crazy is that?!

Not to mention those working on it now are likely never going to see it finished.

Sitting here trying to get my body to stop hurting. Spent most of the day at the house. Cable was late, so we sat around for the mattresses to be delivered. Only to have one of the lazy ****s tell my wife they can’t help us put it our bed together.

Luckily one one of them helped us out. Then we found out there’s no power along the wall. So no juice to our adjustable beds

That’s about the time the cable showed up and informed us we needed all 5 TVs up :

I wasn’t very receptive to this, but we turned it around.

We got all but the Vizio up and going. Even got my KS8000 over the mantle I the front. I was a bit surprised they run the cables through the floors and not the wall though. My Mrs didn’t seem to mind, but I think I’d like it through the walls.

I will say I’m glad that a couple are wireless. Now I just need a longer power cord for my Samsang and side table for my components. Anyway, having another drink and eating some chili cheese Fritos before I pass out. Night all. More unpacking tomorrow. Hope to be out of here and in our new home by Monday.

Going up to De Anza College to play tennis. Last time I was there, last week, I saw two squirrels having sex. Not sure if I'll get a repeat performance. It felt weird just watching but at no point did I feel like jumping in.

I remember the tortoises we had at work would always have sex and our guests crowded around to watch every time

Now having pizza buffet for lunch at this Round Table that I used to really like coming to. It's one of the best ones I've been to. Watching some tennis on tv but they're having a rain delay in Cincinnati so they're showing a match from yesterday. And I eat a lot of pizza. So much pizza that I may turn into a pizza.

Just finished eating lunch and watching the series finale of the Originals. Going to brush my teeth and watch a bit more Shameless season 8 before I do some school work and water the plants.

Not to poop on your parade, but I thought BP was a load of hot garbage...I don't get all of the hype. I enjoyed the sh*t outta Thor: Ragnarok though.

Different strokes, I loved Black Panther and will never see a Thor solo film. Taking a quick break from studying for philosophy class to brush my teeth and watch a touch of Shameless before I water the plants and eat dinner. Going to try to get in some more school stuff before work.
