Fokus Media will release the Shannon Tweed film Scorned (1994) on 22 June 2018.

Was this ever officially released on US DVD? I can find a Japanese DVD, several PAL DVDs, US and Hong Kong LaserDiscs, and both 100-minute R-rated and 103-minute Unrated US VHS tapes, but seemingly, no official US DVD in either a cut or uncut version.

As far as I know, it has never been released on DVD in the US. Do know the German disc, though. The pq of this release should be much better than at least that disc...

Nice to see some softcore hitting blu-ray, wouldn't mind 'Friend of the family II" that kinda has the same plot as this one, but a hotter seductress!

Quick Notes: The film is titled A Woman Scorned and presented in 1.78:1. This is definitely real HD and the film has a nice grain pattern. The run time appears to conform to the US Unrated version.

The Mediabook casing is nice, but the pages are text-heavy and German-only. The photo gallery is quite long (8:35) and in full HD, so it would have been nice to see more full-page artwork. Trailers for other Moonstone Entertainment films have been included (some in poor quality), but not the main feature.

Finally, note that this has been limited to 250 copies of each cover, not 333 as originally advertised on Amazon.de, so interested parties might want to buy now, though I'm not sure how fast this one will sell out.

As much as I'd like these softcore thrillers on Blu-ray. I can't justify paying £40 for one title. Especially because the only reason it's so expensive is because of a mediabook which is in German text and a ridiculously low print run. At half the price I would bought it to show support for future erotic thriller titles, but looking through the Moonstone catalogue on their site, it doesn't even look as if they have any others.

How's the photo gallery? Is it mostly behind the scenes stuff? Or Generic screencaps? Good Shannon content? TIA

It's a mixture, but it looks like publicity photos mixed with a few intimate on-set photos. There are obviously some stills from the sex scenes, but there's no extra nudity as such.
