Not gonna argue over £1.99 but not what I'm used to from Amazon's service, which is usually much better about this kind of thing.

I advise you to push back. Price promise includes day of release. Quote their own guarantee and politely point this out.

It may be they refund you automatically, but I would email to make sure.
