Hmm I don't really worry much about what I eat. I have a strange metabolism. If I eat too much I don't really gain weight and If I start eating very low calories I also hardly lose weight. I'm kind of stuck in the middle and as such don't need to worry too much about the food.

currently doing a 21 day detox program... in week 2 right now...
for 3 weeks, i just drink water, herbal tea, HOMEMADE not store bought vegetable soups, Homemade using a juicer vegetable/fruit juice...

after the 3 weeks... will continue to drink plenty of water, herbal tea, drink a glass of homemade fruit juice once a day and eat one normal meal a day...
because of the lack of carbs during the 3 weeks, no gym for me, but with eating a normal meal a day, i will be going to the gym 3-4 days a week as well...

gotta get ready for Miami @ the end of March... plus i want to be back to my hs weight... ive been delaying long enough...
