Hmm I don't really worry much about what I eat. I have a strange metabolism. If I eat too much I don't really gain weight and If I start eating very low calories I also hardly lose weight. I'm kind of stuck in the middle and as such don't need to worry too much about the food.

try to make your food fresh, eat vegetables and fruit... stay away from v8... yes is vegetable juice, but processed so it can sit on store shelves... buy a juicer and make your own... much healthier! drink herbal tea... its caffeine free... drink plenty of water... not 100 oz, closer to 50 oz in hs, i played sports, im 5'9" and weighed 180 lbs... i was up to 240, and currently in the process of losing weight... currently doing a 21 day detox program... in week 2 right now... for 3 weeks, i just drink water, herbal tea, HOMEMADE not store bought vegetable soups, Homemade using a juicer vegetable/fruit juice... after the 3 weeks... will continue to drink plenty of water, herbal tea, drink a glass of homemade fruit juice once a day and eat one normal meal a day... because of the lack of carbs during the 3 weeks, no gym for me, but with eating a normal meal a day, i will be going to the gym 3-4 days a week as well... gotta get ready for Miami @ the end of March... plus i want to be back to my hs weight... ive been delaying long enough... Diarrhea Pockets! |
