recommend me some Wii store games

With the Wii Store set to be closed down early next year, can someone recommend me something good to download before they're gone please?

Is there any way to increase the space on the WiiU that's alloted for the Wii, or do I have to stick everything onto an SD card?

You have to use an SD card, although I think you might be able to use an external hard drive. Hope you have some Wii Points stocked up, since Nintendo already ended the service to add more.

Cave Story (assuming you don't have it on another platform)
Konami's Rebirth series (Contra Rebirth, Gradius Rebirth, Castlevania: The Adventure Rebirth)
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King & My Life as a Darklord
You, Me, and the Cubes (last game directed by Kenji Eno)

That's a solid list. I'd also recommend Lost Winds, Alien Crush Returns and Final Fantasy 4 The After Years (which can also be bought on PSP/Vita).

And if we're also including Virtual Console then Castlevania Rondo of Blood. This however is unlockable in The Dracula X Chronicles on PSP/Vita so you have that option as well.

Alien Crush Returns: so good we had to recommend it twice.

I wanted to focus on stuff that can't be found anywhere else, since there are a lot of great games on WiiWare that can also be found in other places.

Ah. I only have 200 Wii points. Couldn't get anything with that :/
