Should I import Batman and Batman Returns or should I buy the Anthology set?

Well I've imported from various websites and stuff, so I wouldn't mind giving a few ideas. But I'm guessing some people are way better experts than I am.

I could give it a go if you like, but no guarantees.

Oh and my main problem would simply be coherent presentation, that's all. :P

I don't mind having all the Batman movies. Even the worst ones can be fun to watch.

I sometimes pick up a Blu Ray when I'm in Europe just for the fun of it (reminds me of home gives me something to look forward to when I get back) but I don't bother importing them.

Ive got the Anthology set for DVD and ive honestly only watched batman and batman returns. id just go for the first two if I were you...

I wish there was a cheaper way to just get the first two films. At Amazon UK, it’s £17.99 for the Anthology set. But to buy they individually, it’s £8.99 each. So, if I just buy the first two films, it will cost £17.98. I know it’s great that the last 2 movies are free when I import the anthology set, but still. Since the UK cases are thick, those two extra movies (which I probably will not watch) will take up a lot of shelf space.

This is indeed a great deal, but can we play blus in PAL format here in North America? All those I see on amazon/uk seem to be in the PAL broadcast standard. Thanks for your feedback.

If so this is wonderful news, given the price translates to about $56 CDN which is $20 below best price available from amazon.ca.

I always thought PAL based broadcast material could not be played in NA?

The Batman blus I see on amazon.uk are all in PAL format.....did not think we could play those in North America. Are you suggesting we can play those in a Sony BDP S350 and view on a Kuro HDTV? Thank you in advance.
