Lyndsy Fonseca was born in Oakland California, US.

Her first role was on Young and the Restless playing Colleen Carlton. Her next major role would come on How I Met Your Mother playing Penny Mosby (2005-2014) although all the scenes with her in them were shot between (2005-2007). Her next major roll on TV was Nikita (2010-2013) which starred Maggie Q and Shane West.

In 2010 she was in Kick-Ass and Hot Tub Time Machine in 2013 she reprized her role as Katie Deauxma for Kick Ass 2.

She's absolutely stunning and every time she's in a movie I'm gonna watch, she's my favorite part (sort of

Anyone know the story behind the spelling of her first name? Were her parents confused on how to spell it? I was trying to remember her name just right now, and I couldn't because of the way it is "Lyndsy". Fonseca? Sure, that's normal.
