Also, reading some posts on here, ATSC 3.0 sounds pointless as it won’t be able to compete with 4K Netflix or Amazon if it doesn’t have the necessary bandwidth. Is this just Snakeskin oil in that case? I also thought this tech allows splitting of digital channels to allow more bandwidth per channel, which can then be used to accommodate lower bit rate 4K or be sold on.
