since the deal was over they closed the hot deal thread, but i know some of us were waiting and having trouble with the deal so I started this one. this morning mine says failed as well

I was looking at mine the other day. I didn't even realize it but one of my cashback payments of $16.25 had failed 3 times. It did eventually get through so I would just wait and see.
When I had a different issue once they were real good responding to my emails. I would just sent them a letter if it still seems like it won't go through. Good luck. |

It looks like I have 4 tries, 2 that say cashback payment on the left and failed on the right, then one that says ebay on the left and processing on the right, then another after that that has cashback payment on the left and failed on right. anyone have the ebay processing one? does it mean it's working? I don't know why it would be in between failed though |

For those who are not aware, there have been some major issues wit this program over the past couple of weeks. My wife had a $200 payment come due. Live Search has the payment listed as "failed". She e-mailed them and was told that, even though the payment is shown as "failed" it did go through, and to check her PayPal account and she will see that it is there. It wasn't. She e-mailed them back-daily- with no response for 10 days. Finally she got this reply...
