Default The marvel 3d films

Obviously in recent years, Dr Strange , Ragnarok, Ant man have been reference discs, but until Dr strange id always avoided the marvel 3d films as i had the general idea from reviews that they were v weak.

Anyone know which are good, which are ok and which are v mild?

Planning on buying the older ones to complete the set but not too fussed if they are weak.

Thanks in advance

It's all relative to be honest but I've found the 3D in every 3D Marvel movie to be worthwhile and even the weakest have something to offer and are far superior to the 2D versions.

Ant-Man was pre-Doctor Strange. I find that the conversions get better as they go along really so the first Guardians Of The Galaxy is probably the best from that period (and the first with IMAX scenes) but I enjoyed them all more than the 2D versions.

The weakest for me were the first and second Captain America films and Avengers: Age Of Ultron but again, these still have their moments and play much better in 3D than they do in 2D.

As Levcore said, they're all worth grabbing as the 3d is nice across the board. If you don't have them already, the Guardians of the Galaxy films are beautiful to look at and have great 3d. One of them came out before Dr Strange so you may have passed over them
