Watching some MASH reruns on AMC and drinking a cup of ridiculously weak coffee from the hotel lobby, before the Girl wakes up. We'll probably go get some breakfast and come back here to pack our stuff up and check out. Got to meet our realtor at 2:00 to look at a two more houses today, only one stood out as a possibility yesterday so our search continues.

to be honest, i never thought i'd see the day where dating could be done using an app.

whatever happened to going out and meeting people? within 5 minutes of talking to someone, you should be able to tell if you want to date them, or not, or if they're some sort of psycho, or not. on an app, you know NO idea what that person is like.

I've been hating that app lately. I've been using it because I don't get out enough to meet girls. Anytime I have a great conversation with someone on there, they unmatch me out of nowhere for no reason. Just happened yesterday. Also hate it when I match someone and the girl doesn't message me even though they're supposed to message first. I'm convinced a solid 90% of girls on that app created their profile then never logged back in. Or they're doing it for attention.

I'm still in shock. You see "Stan Lee died" so many times on Facebook over the years, knowing it's fake then it actually happens it's like... I can't even. Normally celebrity deaths don't phase me but this one has me truly heartbroken. Wish I made the dang time to go to one con & seen him in person. Shook his hand & thank him for everything. Many of his writings & characters got me through some of the darkest days of my life. 😭

Stan was one of those guys who did something that transcended languages, countries, borders, ways of life, etc.

anyone could pick up a marvel comic and immediately identify with at least one person in that story...whether it be a superhero, and antihero, or just a regular person. every superhero and antihero he created had some sort of flaw to make them seem more human to us non-supers. and that's why he was so goddamn good at his job.

his words and pictures brought so much joy to both children and adults all across the world. he will surely be missed by millions upon millions upon millions of fans.

he was a legend in his own time, and will continue to be one after...
