Alligator is no longer with Studio Canal or Lionsgate.

Watchers is with Lionsgate.

Not everything Lionsgate is SC. They have hundreds of titles that has nothing to do with SC.

Even though Kino can't confirm/deny titles they didn't receive, their 130 titles plus some from other labels is amazing news!

I’ve always hoped they could release the Coens version of The Ladykillers through their Buena Vista deals. It would be nice if they released both versions.

It's not with SC. Again, not everything Lionsgate is SC. They are not the same company.

Not only do I hope "Dunkirk" is included for the non-comedies but for one of the comedies include "The Titfield Thunderbolt". It's honestly a charming little technicolor film about a countryside town that will possibly loose their railroad to modernization. It has some surprising (or not surprising considering the subject matter) political undertones as well.

I've been told the rights are with LG here, but it's never had a disc release, even dvd, anywhere.

Lionsgate has to be the most frustrating label in DVD/BD history. Every time they secure the license to a catalog - Republic/Paramount, StudioCanal, Miramax - they release 5-10 titles and sit on the rest. These type of deals are obviously more about shareholder interests for them than servicing the collector market for these films.

Considering the Coen's Ladykillers is now their only film not on Blu-ray in the US, yes, this would be a cool opportunity for Kino.
