I am using Prime. Locked in at $26.55. Think I pre-ordered around $30 and got a couple adjustments along the way.

I think I really pissed them off. hope they didnt cancel my orders. So idk if I posted in this thread. but my TrT was messed up and wouldnt work. They said they didnt have any discs in stock and would be 10 days. 12 days after that they said the couldnt makes any more and would partial refund me 5 bucks. SO i can keep my broke disc and ripped to shreds posters, so yea i paid 30 bucks for squat. I said that wasnt right for me to get ripped off. at that point they were typing 1-2 a days since then, it has been 5 days with no communication. Let alone all my other trashed posters; plus everyone apparently is getting updates on there critters collection shipping and me nothing..

This is unacceptable. I suggest everyone pay by Paypal and initiate a chargeback if any of this BS happens to them. These companies are fully responsible for the products they sell until they reach the customer in one piece. If a replacement isn't available (they should be) then a full refund is the only way to go.

I've tried their phone number before and it just rings. No message, no answer. After my continuing CS debacle, I had to tell them yesterday that I can no longer justify purchasing from them directly, but I wish them the best moving forward.

I was in Barnes & Noble last night looking for Criterion stuff when I came across the Night of the Demons steelbook. After the shock subsided (I thought these were Shout exclusives?) I picked it up and looked at it for a while, trying to decide if I wanted it. It's not a very good design IMO and I'm kind of tired of steelbooks right now but I said to myself "what the heck, I'll get it" - I love the movie. The uptick in PQ is noticeable enough for this to be a worthy purchase. The only downside is there's a small dent on the front cover which was obscured by the price stickers. Still glad to have this. They don't make 'em like this anymore.

The steelbook isn't exclusive, just the figure and litho.

You can possibly roll out the dent. youtube videos show you how.

I agree. I'm hating Shout's steelbook art. They really should use the classic art for them. I'm actually hating most of their new commissioned art. It's way to busy.

Not Scream related but...

for folks that have all this expendable income now that they've been cancelling Scream Factory pre-orders left and right, Second Sight just announced that their edition of When a Stranger Calls (and When a Stranger Calls back) is now Region Free. The work they did on Xtro and The Changeling is top notch and this is going to follow that same model which means the LE will likely sell out before the end of the year. Go grab that release if you are even remotely interested.
