It could be Robot Monster, as its original theatrical poster touts "adventures into the future."

It could also be Rottweiler, which was filmed in "future dimensions 3-D."

Default Hondo?

Hondo?

Yes I know it's not futuristic.

Parasite?
Futuristic. And yes the 3D is tremendous!

I would be thrilled if 3DFA struck a deal with Earl Owensby. I'd be dying to get a decent 3D blu not only of Rottweiler but Tales of the Third Dimension with its Tales-from-the-Crypt-style opening. (Hyperspace, not so much.... )

Whatever movie there is coming, I'm happy and I'm going to buy it!

I've seen Parasite in 3D on silver screen and it was fun. Unfortunately it was a cut Finnish theater version I saw - All the nasty pop out effects were missing...

Wade Williams owns and possesses the OCN's for 3 of "Golden Age 3D" films: "Hannah Lee", "Cat Women of the Moon", and "Robot Monster". The first two are in public domain, but he owns the rights to "Robot Monster". Knowing his greedy nature, and his animosity toward 3dFA, I believe "Robot Monster doesn't have much of a chance.

Bob and his hints always remind me of that Arthur Conan Doyle/Sherlock Holmes quote

Here are my top seven picks for what is coming in 2019-20 from 3DFA.
1. Jivaro (We know this for a fact.)
2. Taza, Son of Cochise
3. Wings of the Hawk
4. Parasite
5. Robot Monster*
6. Cat Women of the Moon*
7. 3-D Rarities II**

* This assumes a deal has been reached with Wade Williams that has yet to be publicly reported.

** Delays in obtaining El Corazon y la Espada may push this release back until 2020.

Note: This is all pure speculation on my behalf.

Quite an assumption given that Smaug won't let anyone near his treasure...

I would love to see Parasite in 3D. It's a tragedy how few Silver Age titles have made it to 3D Blu-ray.

So you think 3DFA has struck a deal with Charles Band to bring us Parasite? That would probably mean we'd also get 1997's Deformed Monsters (aka The Creeps-- the one with the midget Universal monsters).

Frankly jim I was hoping you were right earlier -- when you speculated we'd get Diamond Wizard next year ...

There's one that I just thought about right now. There is a "lost" 3-D short called In Tune With Tomorrow. It's the black and white predecessor to New Dimensions from 3-D Rarities. In Tune With Tomorrow premiered during the 1939 World's Fair, and according to 3DFA's website, only one side exists. Perhaps the other side has been found. If so, we should see it on 3-D Rarities II.

We're getting The Diamond Wizard, too. Hope Bob throws us a bone soon, in the spirit of the season. It'd be nice if he posted a nice, big old-style movie poster for some 3-D classic with a tentative Blu-ray release date.

Parasite sounds like the best guess to me. I think it will be released through Garagehouse Pictures.

Good point. The 3DFA folks are friendly with Harry at Garagehouse, and he's been leading the charge lately on revival showings of Silver-Age 3D titles. The key is getting access (and rights) to the most pristine-available prints from which the 3DFA folks can work their magic. A very time-consuming process with a long lead time to street-date.

Parasite would be amazing. Anything from the 70's or 80's is a guaranteed pre-order from me.

Back in October 2018 Bob said the following on the other web site:

Our current restoration project is the never released in 3-D headhunter jungle adventure JIVARO aka LOST TREASURE OF THE AMAZON starring Fernando Lamas and Rhonda Fleming with Brian Keith, Lon Chaney and Rita Moreno. Watch for it from Kino Lorber in early 2019.

Other 3-D Film Archive restorations coming soon include 3-D RARITIES II from Flicker Alley featuring the ultra-rare feature (not shown anywhere since 1954) EL CORAZON Y LA ESPADA starring Cesar Romero and Katy Jurado; a 3-D Nudie-Cuties double feature with Francis Ford Coppola's THE BELLBOY AND THE PLAYGIRLS plus the never-before-seen Natural Vision feature, ADAM AND 6 EVES. In addition, there are many more surprise features from 3-D's Golden Age including one title that was never released in third-dimension that will make its official debut on 3-D Blu-ray in 2019. Keep an eye on our website for news and updates:

So if this is still true the five definite titles are:

1. Jivaro
2. 3-D RARITIES II with EL CORAZON Y LA ESPADA
3. THE BELLBOY AND THE PLAYGIRLS and ADAM AND 6 EVES
4. "Never released in third-dimension" - what other titles were filmed in 3D but released flat?
5. Not mentioned above, but I think the roadshow version of THE BUBBLE is the fifth title . This could also be the "futuristic" title.

The possible sixth title - Probably DIAMOND WIZARD

All this talk about the "roadshow version" inspired me to check for whatever it is that you get from that version which we don't already have from 3DFA's existing Bubble release. Here's what the 3DFA site says:

"... we have restored Arch Oboler’s spoken introduction from the 1966-1968 roadshow engagements plus the original opening title which was taken off the film in 1976"

Eh, I'm afraid that's not going to inspire me to double-dip. Frankly, The Bubble is long enough as is...

So, if the "futuristic" tease alludes to Diamond Wizard and/or a deal with our old friend WW (or most anything else that's been speculated, for that matter), that would be just dandy. If however it's merely the roadshow version of The Bubble, I'm afraid that would be a womp womp for me.

Instead, I'd love to hear from Bob as to what if anything we fans can do to nudge Warner Bros. to allow 3DFA into their studio gates to work their sheer magic on all those remaining WB and RKO 3D titles.

Meantime, very much looking forward to Jivaro!

Apparently, the transfer itself will be much improved from the first release.

I wasn't that excited about The Bubble Roadshow either, but others explained why it's of interest to them and I guess it's good The Bubble is getting a complete/full release. Selfishly I wish it was Parasite. I'd rather 90 minutes of something new than an additional 20 minutes of something I already own. That being said, let's hope we get both
