While I understand the throngs of people that feel as you do - I have to say I've been a devotee from early on and it is EXACTLY what it should be. The complaint always sounds to me like those that rail against Cohen brothers movies for being weird with no point... Like, Who says there has to be a point? WHY should it move faster? Why should there be more action? I don't need it and I don't think the story does either. My own opinion of course... But in spite of those that feel it lacks luster - it oddly has perched itself atop the list of "Best Sci-Fi movie" surveys many times.
