Tsotsi Region Locked - Blu-ray Forum

Hi

As the subject says really...Does anyone know if Tsotsi is locked to Region A? I'd like to get a copy but doesn't look like it's gonna get a BluRay release, so if it was unlocked I'd consider importing it.

Alliance regions locks their exclusive titles. If you aren't in a Region A country or have a region all player, you won't be able to watch it.

Hello

I purchased the Tsotsi Blu-ray last week and own region A and B players.

It is definitely region locked to 'A' as it would not play in my Region B player, a message came up saying the title is locked to Region A. I would assume it's the same if someone tries to play the disc in a Region C player.

It' a shame for Region B residents as Tsotsi Blu-ray is so much better picture quality than the PAL DVD version.

It was also released in France, Region B.

For anyone else who is interested, the French edition lacks English audio and subtitles according to the link below. So the only English friendly release is the Canadian.
