Wasnt the narrative that it was loved in Korea because Koreans have such a hectic and restrictive lifestyle that they like the idea of moving away from it all and to the country or whatever. I haven't seen it because it doesn't really interest me, it's sounds like a boring story, but I may watch it if it's on Netflix or something.
