Just a buck of each ticket sale went to charity. Sure, it's more than nothing, but it's also not really anything all things considered.

This movie was made for the worldwide market. The R-rated cut is banned in China, but this version certainly won't be. Since a majority of grosses come from overseas, it doesn't really take much thought to understand why they'd do this.

At this juncture I wonder whether or not the movie will even make it to the Chinese market.
