I'd say four Monitor 50's if possible. That deal is most likely never going to come around again.

Yes. If that's possible. Ideally, you would have five or seven identical speakers all around for perfect panning and imaging. Ideally, you'd also want multiple subwoofers. Two would be good enough for almost all situations. Four subs are about as many as you would need before you go into the realm of overkill.

i was gonna go for the first set up in your SIG ... but use the center that comes with the 6750 package and later upgrade the center to the one u suggested in that setup

why not just buy a cs1/2 center instead?
since u are gonna get 4 monitor 50's and the rm6750 package( that cost like $175) the cs1 is $90...?

or are u starting with the rm6750?

just skip the rm6750. especially if you're going to end up just using the center.

well i meant i was gonna go with 2x 50's for the fronts ..
then for the other 5 speakers +sub i was gonna get the 6750 package (170ish)
if i went with 4x 50's and bought a center ..... i would only need 2 rears, so im not sure it would pay to get the 6750 package for only the sub and 2 rears.. while not using the center and 2x of the speakers that comes with the 6750 package ... know what im saying?

okay for $170 u can get a pair of monitor 30's and a cs1 center for $20 more
