Easily the worst Tyler Perry film that I have ever seen. An absolute train wreck. 1/5

This is saying a lot. Haven't seen every TP movie but I actually enjoyed this one. It's still not good but much more enjoyable than the other TP movies I've seen.

In what way?

I Can Do Bad All by Myself is probably his best movie in my opinion. But, I haven't seen most of them.

1) No Madea. 2) It wasn't all preachy in making the black man look bad. It was the opposite which is rare with his movies.

Hmm...I feel like his problem is making black women look bad not black men.

The movies I've seen the black man is an abuser, a cheater, an unemployed no good father. What movies does he makes black women look bad? I haven't seen any until this film. Again I haven't seen all of his movies.

Well, his first film is called Diary of a Mad Black Woman, playing on stereotypes of angry black women. Most, if not all of his films do the same. He is also always punishing black women for something in his movies (Madea's Family Reunion, For Colored Girls, Temptation). In this film,
[Show spoiler]Melinda is the one who tragically dies at the end in spite of all she's been through
. Not to mention, the women in his movies are often saved by a black man (Why Did I Get Married?, Meet the Browns, Good Deeds).
