So went to my local Target. The placeholder is still on the fixture for the 4k version. Asked the employee and he said he had plenty in the back. I've been checking Target.com every Sunday to see if the price would drop just like most people in this thread. On Sunday brickseek showed between 1-3 per store around my area. Last night it said everywhere was out of stock/removed off targets site. It might not hurt just to go into your store and see if they have moved it into their warehouse. Might be worth the shot to go to a target rather than eBay Amazon method.

Don't know why everyone uses BrickSeek. It's hardly ever reliable.
I found DCCOAPPS to be much more accurate when checking Target stores for inventory stock. http://www.dccoapps.com/target/?dpci...0933&zip=32837 |

I always check Brickseek, stockbyme, and Target's website. Neither ever showed s2 4K was ANYWHERE in my state lol I bought one of the $32.99 ones off Amazon, hopefully it will work since replacements won't be an option lol
Went and got s1 4K today since it was $15, they only had 5 of them out on the shelves. Not in the best shape, but I got the best one I could find. |

There is this lone copy of the Season 1 4K and it's completely trashed. Missing the shrinkwrap, the cardboard slip is torn and looks like someone ran it over with their car. Don't know why Target would even put that on their shelves. Anyone can easily cop that and walk out the store without having to pay... |

I'm glad that I bought the 4K on release day. Quite a few people skipped on it hoping it would drop in price. I sort of feel sorry for them now (but not really). People have to jump on store exclusives right away if they really want them.

Oh wow! I got season 1 and 2 on 4K for Christmas. Guess I'm glad I did. I mostly wanted them for the packaging. I haven't even watched them yet since the girlfriend and I recently rewatched the whole series a few months ago. I'll probably rewatch the series again before season 3 is released.
I did preview one of the second season episodes real quick, just to see how it looked. I wasn't super impressed. It looks good, but I guess I was expecting the HDR and 4k resolution to pop a bit more coming from disc than from streaming. Yet it really wasn't apparent to me. Even so, it's nice to have physical copies. |

The quality is absurdly high for a TV show from a "streaming company." 65inch OLED here and cant imagine anything needing improvement. Actually had a jump from bluray on this one. |

Hi,
I have both releases of Stranger Things 2. Is it normal that the colors of the cover are a slightly weaker than in the first season's releases? The colors appear partially washed out. |

Remember those VHS rental tapes from video stores that were sun bleached because they were facing the display window? |

Even though the app, brickseek, and that other site all said "no stock," I actually found 1 copy on the shelf!
Wish it was lower (was $29.99) - will be thinking about whether to keep it or not. I like the show and all, but I just don't have time to rewatch entire seasons. Heck, I'm so backed up on my movie-watching list! |

Target has to constantly rotate their physical shelf stock, so stuff will come and go. They tend to stockpile titles because they don't put them where people buy them and then suddenly a huge stock appears out of nowhere because it is in their sales ad or they have to clearance sale it. I've gotten dozens of BDs - brand new titles that go for $30 or more - for a few bucks through that.
