I'll take some select Hammer, but not the random stuff. They can keep anything pre-1965; I'm a child of the 80s and 90s, and those are the films that interest me.

Regarding Scream Factory releasing more TV films: As I posted in another thread about nine months ago,

The Haunted (1991) (20th Century Fox)
This is one of the creepiest haunted/supernatural films I've ever seen.

If we are talking Made for TV horror movies, I would love copies of:
- Sommarens tolv månader (1988)
- The Woman in Black (1989)
- Fortress (1985)
- Home for the Holidays (1972)
- Revenge! (1971)
- The Screaming Woman (1972)
- Trapped (1973)
- Trapped (1989)
- This House Possessed (1981)

I have only seen Home for the Holidays, but the premises of these movies and the stills have me wanting to see them.

Reminds me, at this point I'd love it if any company could release the 1991 made-for-tv sci-fi horror movie, 'Not of this World' -aka- 'Space Killers'

Perhaps we'll get another 3-4 retro titles on top of this for May, but who knows? Another two seems a safe bet. Feels like a while since we had a notable CE announcement, given we already knew The Craft was coming and The Green Inferno, well, I've already said my bit on that one.
Awesome for the official news, I love this movie and can retire my DVD!

Yes please. I also have that film in my wishlist (check below). That's the haunted house film that scared me the most. Sally Kirkland is just marvelous in the role (I think she was even nominated for a Golden Globe the following year). It's amazing the film never got past the VHS format.

Put me down for The Haunted as well. That shadow demon is intensely creepy and the atmosphere of the whole film is dreadful. I love it.

I bought a bootleg off ioffer some years ago but man was it shit.

Seems like Scream Factory has started to fix alot of the issues they have been having.

First of all - I already received the February titles early that I preordered now that Valentine came in today. (I received Willard and Return of the Vampire last week.)

Also - for the first time ever - the poster arrived in a properly sealed tube with plastic ends (instead of folding ends) and the poster was seperately rolled with a white wraparound paper to keep it from opening in the tube. No damaged ends.

Oh - and all the Hammer titles they keep announcing each month have also made me very very happy.

**NEW TITLE ANNOUNCEMENT**

The end of the world is near (sort of). 1977’s apocalyptic thriller THE CHOSEN is arriving on Blu-ray for the first time on May 14th.

Kirk Douglas (The Fury) stars as industrialist Robert Caine, who with his son Angel (Simon Ward) is finally about to realize his biggest dream: a massive nuclear power plant in the Holy Land. But soon, Caine's dream becomes a horrific nightmare as person after person associated with the project meets a violent, gruesome death. When clues to this inexplicable turn of events point to the devil, Caine comes to the terrible realization that he might be linked to the Antichrist ... perhaps even through his unborn child.

Also known as Holocaust 2000 and Rain Of Fire (and previously released in the US on DVD under the name), this riveting thriller in the vein of The Omen "is probably the best made and best budgeted of the Italian occult films of the 1970s" (The Science Fiction, Horror and Fantasy Film Review) and was directed by cult filmmaker Alberto De Martino (The Antichrist, Blood Link and Strange Shadows In An Empty Room).

Our version is the longer, 102 international cut of the film. The reverse wrap will feature artwork for Holocaust 2000.

Pre-order THE CHOSEN now @ https://www.shoutfactory.com/product...roduct_id=7053

Irwin Yablans told multiple people at the Halloween 40 convention in October (including yours truly) that Scream Factory would be putting out Fade To Black.

Holocaust 2000/Rain of Fire is one title I did not have down on the StudioCanal list for some reason, but I'm very happy to see it coming. I had no idea what it was when I first saw that name and cover.

I'm a child of the '70s, but I welcome anything intriguing from 1920-present.

There were plenty of great things that happened in the movies before I consciously walked the earth

Does anyone else have a hard time watching Kirk Douglas movies after hearing what he did to Natalie Wood?

Yes.

I went through a big period in the late 80's eary 90's where I finally started to warm up to him (he always creeped me out as a kid), and became a big fan. He was one of those actors that was consistently offered, and chose, strong material. Ace In The Hole was a big favorite as was Letter To Three Wives, Spartacus, Lust For Life, The Fury, Vikings, Indian Fighter and dozens more.
Then there was the Dalton Trumbo/Spartacus bit that made him seem like one of the all time American good guys.

I first heard the NW story in a audiobook bio. It related the incident in graphic detail, but didn't name the actor, only that he was a big name and had a lot of clout at the time.
The audiobook was read by her sister Lana, so it stood to reason she fully endorsed the relating of the event.

The Chosen sort of sounds interesting. Any religious overtones? Call me crazy but this sounds like something that could've been made by The Vatican or some other religious organization lol. Can't quite pinpoint what gives me that impression. Well, let's start with the film's title

If Shout put out a Blu ray with the mono track from the original Image DVD that would be awesome. Every mono track on releases MGM used since then has sounded poor in comparison for some reason.
