Do you have something more recent that challenges that article? If not, the logical thing for me to do is to go by the latest known solid information.

I don't have anything dated other than what the current status is on IGN, but as I said IGN has that same Q1 announcement on their site, yet their current status says Q2. The Gamespot faq also says Q2. If Q1 were solid, then I'd expect both sites to have their current status updated accordingly. I'm not trying to dispute the Q1 article, but based on this info and because UK is listed to get the game first, I'm not going to hope for a Q1 release.

Edit: I just read this. Even the author of the article you linked to thinks the same:

While unable to nail down a more solid release date, it is expected the game will show up between April – June, which forms the first three months of the Japanese publisher’s financial year.
