It's a mystery!

They should have been phased out with low definition TV sets back when everyone was of a mind to switch to high definition TVs and hi-def TV programming.

What type of pizza? I tried some Detroit style meatball pizza last week. I don’t know if it IS Detroit style, but it was bloody nice

I dunno, I hope BDs are still around ten years from now. Sure, in an ideal world everything currently available on BD would get a brand-spanking new 4K HDR blahbittyblahbittyblah upgrade but should that pipe dream not come to pass I hope BD is still an option.

The ironic thing is I strongly suspect most of the people calling for the end of DVDs share my hope that BDs have a 20+ year lifespan.

Have a look at this. Doesn’t sound like another option. It seems to suggest they can replace films. Talking about the merging of games, film and tv.

All those different people tend to have one thing in common: they're all hawking their new companies and they're all predicting their product will be The Next Big Thing.

It's a game company. They're going to make some games. Maybe people will play them, maybe they won't.

Either way, life will go on.

You guys don't set the bar high enough, I had my two favorite foods the other day Thursday and Friday. Both put on the barbecue, Costco Crab Legs basted with garlic butter and a T-Bone Steak seasoned with black pepper a few minutes a side....Rare. Both with a Caesar Salad and fresh cooked French Bread to dip in Olive Oil and dipping seasoning. Some Pinot Noir from Carneros, and you're in Heaven!

It was a deep dish pizza; I wish we had stuffed pizza here like what Gino's East in Chicago offers, or even Giordano's, but Gino's East is over 350 miles away and they won't quite deliver this far.

I can't stand seafood of any kind, but the T-Bone sounds great, except I prefer medium well. I don't care for wine, either. Everything else, though, meets with my approval.

It would be much, much more infuriating for all of those films that will probably never get another release to disappear forever and never be available for people to purchase and physically own ever again.

There’s a lot more to it than just people who refuse to upgrade even though they already have the capability.

It's marketing. They are advertising the product they are making as the next big thing.

Additionally I have never seen any articles that have said (or even implied) that interactive media is going to replace all others, I've only heard that from you.

In the 21st century, why do multiple people insist that the world is flat or deny that the moon landings happened? People choose what they believe and sometimes with no basis in fact or reality.

No you have to be open to all kinds of foods, my Grandkids love pizza that's all they want to eat. Seafood is all about the seasoning, it shouldn't be fishy tasting. You get the full flavor of Steak when it's on the rare side, don't cut into it just flip it one time and seal the juices. Wine is an acquired taste, I like beer too I'm having a Tecate in a long neck bottle right now.

I was open to it until I tried it and that is how I know that I detest it. I can't even stand the odor of it! All seafood, and freshwater fish, disgust me.

Steak has to be medium well; I can't eat a steak sitting in a pool of blood.

Beer bores me. I can tolerate it, except for dark beer, which I loathe, but beer is never my go to beverage.

Digital food is easier to delete, though. No mess, no stink.

The Studios control Distribution, so they will distribute in what ever Format is selling. Right now Streaming Digital is Hot, so I put my money on Streaming!

By that you mean mostly subscription streaming. You do not purchase all that often or all that much.

Pizza in the UK might be severely compromised by government plans to remove several hundred calories from them. That means way smaller slices or less toppings. It’s part of the fight against obesity. The government, imo, want to control our lives. It’s not enough that we pay our taxes and now need to work until we Fall over and die at work. They want to take away our enjoyment, ******** *******.

Redeemed about 14 digital copies today from some of our movies today. Also signed back up for my Netflix 2 BD plan now that I’m not so preoccupied and getting use to the new jobs hours. Watched Open Range and Interstellar over the weekend. So it’s nice having more than a few options for me.
